I go to one with about 7 "active" users. As in, the ones that even bother posting. If we're lucky, we'll get a new topic about once a week that dies after 3 posts. :)

This place has a nice pace to it.  Not terribly fast, but not having to wait a week for a new post either like one forum I saw once.
