Here's what my Luigi would be (Special Moves Only) :

B: Ghost Release: Functions like his original attack: Fires a ghost from the Poltergust.

B> Thunderhand: Chargeable, Luigi charges thunder in his hand and releases, close range attack

B^:  Super Jump Punch: Same

B Down: Element Expulsion: A random element (ice, water, or fire) shoots out of the Poltergust. Ice freezes enemies; Water pushes back with no damage; and fire burns.

Final Smash: Poltergust Overload: The Poltergust overheats and the nozzle flies wildly around, spewing ghosts. Depending on the type, each ghost will do different damage.

Luigi Missile from Melee

Vaccum from Luigi's Mansion

Which gives me an idea... How about each character gets a load of moves and you can choose which ones you want.. For example, you could make Luigi a clone of Mario, a mix from all his games, or commpletely Poltergust based.
