Let's take a look, shall we?

Original:

+ Hardly any glitches
+ Challenging One Player mode
+ Board the Platforms
- Not a lot of extra features (ex. Not a lot of characters, only one One Player mode, etc.)
- Can't charge moves

Melee:

+ Many characters
+ Many extra features
+ Great graphics
- Glitches
- One Player is easy for Adventure and Classic
- Clone Characters

Brawl:

+ Amazing graphics
+ Lots of stuff
+ Online
+ Actual Storyline
- Perhaps too much stuff?

I think that Brawl is the best SSB. But then there's the original, and nothing can beat the originals.

But that's not the question. What I'm asking is the best Smash out of the three, not which is best for its console.

Brawl's graphics are hardly amazing. The wii has bad graphics in general. Besides, brawl being the 2-d fighting game that it is, graphics don't really matter.

As for the glitches being a - for Melee, that is bull poop. The glitches and such were a big part of Melee.. Wavedashing is a great tactic. If it wasn't for it, Ice climbers would be much worse. Nothing wrong with the Yo-Yo glitch, as Ness still doesn't do very well, and black hole is just for fun. There aren't any other real big glitches out there [that only effect Melee].

So anyway, I'm voting for Melee was the best game. I was thinking about voting for Brawl, but it's not out yet, so for all we know everything we think is cool could suck ass.
