can you get an Itunes update on a CD?

My friend got a newer Ipod and she has Itunes something.0 and she needs somthing.4
and she asked me if it was passable for me to get an update on a disk since she doesn't have internet....but i hate Itunes and have not a clue on how it works...help plz

or can i just download itunes, uninstall the one she has and install the one i downloaded and would she be able to keep her music...
again any help?

I would assume that the latest download version of Itunes on the apple website would be up to date and have the latest update.
And most likely when you go to install it again it will detect the previous version and will install it there and install the new version. And I'm not sure if it would keep the music or not But I think it would. But I'd probably make a backup of the folders that the music is stored in first unless you can find out for sure.

Thats mostely what i thought but since its mad by Mac they might have done something retarded for retarded people out there
