While over at my friends house several months ago, he played my copy of FE:PoR.  It was his first time playing an FE title.  His initial review?  "This is boring" as he skipped through the cut scenes.  During gameplay?  "This is boring". About a week ago I came to his house again, and he's talking about how much he wants FE:RD.  I remind him that he didn't like FE PoR, and he says "That's before I knew about the Black Knight, he's so cool!!!!"  So now that's the only reason he wants the game.  Wow. ::)

I introduced my cousin to it. He likes it, but i never saw him play, so I don't know if he skips the cutscenes or the text or not. Knowing him, being a inquisitive individual and loves intricate stories like those of Lord of the rings, he won't skip them.
