I need good combos for Roy...

Does anyone have some good combos? I have a Video Game Tournament coming up, and I want to win. ;D

I think if you use Counter to counter an attack and then go running at them with an A attack, that sould be pretty handy!

Also, a REALLY cheap thing to do is knock someone off the stage, and then charge up your B attack until you are able to hit them. Just keep doing that until he goes bye bye! :)

Maybe, if you go running at them, JUMP, do a spike move, fast fall, L Cancel, face the enemy, get near him and then do Up+B, maybe THAT would work better!

But the part where you get next to him must be done REALLY fast!

... Wait, what? I'm kind of new to moves like wavedashing and stuff... XD

Ok, first...

Jumping means that your feet leave the air for a brief period of time. :P

A Spike Move is a move that is performed in the air and is a move that sends your opponent STRAIGHT down!

Fast Falling is when you double tap Down while in the air so that you fall faster and there for, touch the ground faster.

L Cancling is after you do an aerial attack and is done a little bit before you hit the ground. Simply press L frames before you hit the ground to eliminate all (Or at least MOST) lag from your aerial attack! The most notible one is Link's Down+A aerial attack, the Sword Plant. Doing that and landing has a LOT of lag, because your stuck pulling your sword out of the ground. L Cancling with mostly completely eliminate that lag.

And it might be easier to face the enimy if you Wave Shine/Wave Dash to them.

Wavedashing/Wave Shining is Short Hopping (Don't really need to explain this one.) and almost simutaniously doing an air dodge in the direction you want to Wave Dash/Wave Shine. The differance of a Waveshine and a Wavedash is that a Wavedash is usually done TWORDS an opponent or destination, resulting in a pretty decent speed boost. Waveshining, however, is done AWAY from an opponent or destination, usually to dadge things such as Falling Bomb-ombs, Roy's fully charged B move or a really powerful Smash Attack.

As I know very little about roy, my only tip is, if someone is coming up from below, Wavedash to the edge, then when they get close/are heading up) ledge hop (down on the c-stick, jump, then aerial) and use your dair, as the tip of it is a spike.

Okay, I get it now. ... At least I think... XD Well, I did do a Wavedash before, but it was by accident. It actually seemed kinda easy... :O
