Me and I am sure many other people have been awaiting the release of Animal Crossing Wii. There has yet to be announced absolutely positive features on the game. But there have been many predictions and answers from reliable resources. They might be in the game they might not be, it would be nice if they were though. I don't know if these answers are true or false so I am not stating that they will be in the game.
I am only going to list a few features that ACWii might have, specifically and most importantly Wi-Fi features. It has been said that ACWii will have a kind of Wi-Fi connectivity that has never appeared on a game console before. They say that one will be able to visit another ones town while the other one is not playing the game thanks to Wii Connect 24. This will allow you to visit another's town without the hassle of waiting for them to open they're gates. Lets say that you're time to play ACWii is when you get home from school, work or what ever else you do during the day, and at that time for you to play you feel like visiting another's town. But they are not in they're town and are at work. No problem, as long as they have they're Wii Connect 24 on you can visit all you want. Although it seems cool having you're town open all of the time there is a down fall. People that just waltz into your town have the freedom of chopping down trees, taking patterns and flowers ex. I hope that Nintendo has already covered that topic and is working on a way to keep that from happening.
This part is for the people that have no idea what Wii Connect 24 is. It is the thing that keeps your Wii connected to the internet even when you do not have your Wii on. A way to easily check if you're Wii Connect 24 is on is to see if the light on the power button on the Wii is orange. If it is red then the Wii Connect 24 is not on.
Another feature ACWii might have has to do with mail. It has been rumored that not only will you be able to send mail from one ACWii game to another. Is that you will be able to send mail from you're Wii menu mailbox to they're game. Or possibly send via text message from a cell phone to they're ACWii game. As well as send an email to they're game. The possibility's are endless for ACWii. Once again I am going to state that these features I discussed are not for sure, they are simply rumors and predictions. I only covered a small part of ACWii simply because I do not have the time nor the patience to move to another topic on ACWii. I am very excited for the release and hope that it will be sometime this year. Please feel free to post comments on these thoughts or you're own hopes for ACWii.

Good ideas.

Personally, I want AC Wii towns to be connected in a network, so you can walk from your town to a friend's town, and then walk from there to his/her friend's town, so it's like one big map.  WC24 would be awesome for that.
