Or do the "better" players always create their own matches, and the "Not better" players mostly go into others' matches? Whenever I make my own matches, mostly when I'm doing battles, I always face ppl who are on Easy/Medium, who immediately use ALL power-ups, while I save my Difficulty Ups, Whammys, and Lefties, and beat them in one big attack-fest.

One guy even pretended to play on Expert, (I was a little freaked out, b/c I'm on Hard, but I did Expert too to have a better match) and he quit out at the last second and chose Easy.  :D

After that, he failed Welcome to the Jungle without me using any attacks.  :| He didn't quit, because he was strumming about half of the notes, but the guy just sucked.

Then, bored with getting my record up by beating noobs, I finally searched for a match. OMG. I got pwnt by a guy who battled me Expert vs. Expert.

First song: Dier Kommt Alex... He didn't need any attacks. I just flat out phailed.

Second song: Kool Thing... I won. Somehow.

Third song: Heavy Metal Lady... He killed me in Sudden Death due to hax (THREE WHAMMY ATTACKS???)

Fourth Song: Bulls on Parade (Wtf?) Killed me in Sudden Death. I lost.


So, I get pwnt when SEARCHING, but I never, EVER lose (in all 46 matches) when creating my own match?

Btw, I do 3- battle matches, not cheap little 1-match specialist crap.

But, it all depends on what you choose. Ranked people of course are pros. My bro can't seem to grasp that.

I once beat Vance while playing on MEDIUM. He was on Expert.

In case you don't know, Vance is the number one player in the world on TTFATF on Expert.

I'm doing ranked, anyways. My rank is flying up b/c of all the noobs fighting me.

I try to match difficulties, no matter what, just to be fair (Or cheap and play on Easy)

When I search for matches, I usually get within the medium-hard area.  When I search ranked matches, it's usually all hard.  I remember I play against this one guy on expert once...

Yes. I usually make my own matches, unless I want a challenge, as I've realized this, as well.
