They were sort of gimmicky to test your mastery over the rolling ball, the ray surfing, and the bubbles...

I didn't think they were too hard, but Loopdeswoop took me a couple of tries... (I got 41 lives in that mission...)

Yea they were easy, but also Galaxy was just an easy game overall, only took like a day to beat, Super mario 64 took me like a month =/ Still there both awesome games!

You can get through all the 3-D mario games in one day, given you know what to do ;)
