Hmmm... now that I think about it, it would be hard to measure 300 meters if it wasn't a STADIUM event... it might be a new one.

That explains why Melee can track how far a character has run/jumped/etc.

Charizard basically die when he touches water...

In the old Sonic games for the Genesis when Sonic touched water...instant death.

But in Sonic 3 Sonic can spend a long time underwater.
Sic doesn't have problems with water anymore.

In all the old Sonic games he could walk under water; only Tails, and later Knuckles, can swim. And note that Sonic is wearing floaties in Mario and Sonic. Charizard though... maybe his tail is kept above water. >>

Well yeah, but the blue Pikmin wasn't said to be immune to water in P&O special moves like the red one is to fire. There would be no reason to take away from the blues special ability unless they all have it now...
