Did anone else notice this about the Pokeballs?

They wobble. But, I think wobbling means something. I've seen Pokeballs wobble twice, and both times they were legendary Pokemon (Not Jirachi/Celebi/Mew). I dunno if it was a coincidence, but once I finish All-star mode, I'll check.
