I am tempted to lock this, as this clearly is not on NOA's site, even though it claims to be.

Carrying on....the pieces of the puzzle don't line up, LoZ: TP getting DL content? Doesn't make sense at all, seeing as it isn't even remotely Wifi compatible.

That is very true. Also there would have been a notice from Nintendo stating this information. I'm pretty sure they always give out info on upcoming news and events. And from the looks of it, it hasn't happened.
