Gaming Demographics at Your School

What are the typical gaming demographics at your school?
What systems do the jocks play? nerds? anime fans? average people? etc.

If you're not in school, what about the demographics in your college or city?


At my school, I'm not surprised by the demographics.
The jocks at my school mostly play the 360.
The anime fans mostly play the Wii.
Average people play the PS3/360.

Oddly enough, I'm more or less an average person and I own a Wii.
The anime club at my school scares me, so I'm pretty much the only one of my friends that owns a Wii.

All I know is that I want a Wii.

Our anime club is actually all over the place. Some want a Wii, some play fighting games and stuff like Devil May Cry >_>


I'm usually the one that watches anime the most there really.

the good kind of jocks play 360 and Wii

the stupid kind of jocks still play last-gen to be best of my knowledge

anime lovers and the like (we don't have a club :() play Wii, PSP, DS

my friends and I (nerds?  Yes, I am and a few others, but some are just "other") play 360, Wii, and ONE plays PS3.  He's a member of the Sony Protection Group and all that trash.  He gets made fun of for it :P

Everyone else...idk.

Jocks play 360 and some PS3. The true-blue idiots play PS3 (That doesn't make them a true-blue idiot, it's just that they're simply morons), and really, the majority is 360 (Go figure :-\). A small population plays Wii, but about half of it bought one for Brawl, and everyone who bought a Wii for Brawl has a 99% chance of playing as Sonic, and sucking.

There are the dumbasses who think Halo 3 is the be all end all FPS ever made.

There are the Preppy vagina cleaning devices who think Final Fantasy is the greatest franchise ever and that any game not made in japan is not worth playing.

There are the casual gamers who will play pretty much anything but really prefer hand held games.

There are the          PVPers who spend the better part of their life grinding in MMOs and playing frag fests on  Ghost Recon.

There are the people who believe video games are for morons.

And then theres me and my friends who have long since forgone playing one genre of game and have a wealth of experience harking back to the days of Super Mario Bros 3 on the NES.

About 5 or so people actually have Wii's at my school. I can only name one person that has a 360, and no one has a PS3. Anime, most people ackowledge it, but it's my group of friends that actually watches/downloads/buys it.

I forgot to mention that the only time I ever hear the Wii in a conversation, they're almost always talking about playing Wii Sports somewhere.

Everyone plays the 360.  A lot of people play the Wii.  It seems only the wiggers and some of the more nerdy people play the PS3.

Nerds play 360/Wii/PC.

Pretty much everyone plays the Wii.

No one I know plays the PS3.

It is mainly divided between 360 and PS3, tons of people have a Wii, but nothing really cares for it as much.
