im scared

i was on the internet channel, thne the screen froze and a weird buzzing noise came from the speakers, then i turned the wii off, then turn on again, i was afariad my data was corrupted, thank god it wasnt', now i emailed nintendo about my issue, this was my first time with this happeneing, now i tried some stuff, i deleted the channel and redownload, now i see mario running and see no coins, theni  get error code 204038, now i try again, now the same thing, but coinbs start poping in, now the update akes longer than usual, right its downlaoding,

could it be that the internet channel is corrupting my wii?

ok, the channel just redownlaoded,  but now i check my favorites...and everythings gone!!!! anyone know what happened, i am very mad, i had like 36 favorites nd i have to name them all oer again >:(

ive had problems with the channel before, and i have redownloaded it before, and my data has always been there, plsu, the manual says if i delete and redownload something i will not lose any data
