I was actually just referring to all of the restrictions that the NOAs set.

Oldsider probably wouldn't be back anytime soon.

To me, it had served its purpose. If it ever come back, I doubt anyone would join because of what you have to go through( ranks, sigs, rules, etc) not to mention all those rules. Ugh, I hated that FCs rule >:(
