Hey, does anyone know why it won't let me access the market place?

does it not exist yet?  why would they release only part of the menu?

This is actually something on our end.  It's (marketplace) there, you just can't access it because your connection isn't so good.  You need to open your NAT.  Look it up on YouTube or through Google.  It involves playing with your router to get the best connection.  I had an ethernet cable connecting from my 360 to a laptop for shared internet.  Not a good connection eh?  10 feet of ethernet to a laptop with a wireless connection to a router 1.5 floors down.  All I did was buy a Wireless Adapater (that expensive 360 one..), enabled UPnP on my router, created some special ports for my 360, set some static IP addresses, and some other stuff.
