Not when its used every five seconds. He's not fun to fight against when you can't even get close.

Ike. Although he's somewhat slow, I have a tendancy to get hit by everything he throws at me. T_T

It depends on my mood, but varies between Oli and Lucas.  It used to be Zelda, but I have found a way to not get hit too often.  Really though, it doesn't matter what character I'm fighting

For me, it's DK. Everytime I play a DK, it just seems like it takes a lot of damage before even getting close to a KO>

Another is Kirby, but he's always been a pain to me.
