Do you use the wrist strap on the Wii remotes?

Do you use it? This thread just came to mind because the strap is so annoying on the Wii Zapper. What do you do when you guys are using it? Did you just take it off? And I also realized that Motion Plus won't work with the Wii Zapper.

Yes, but I don't tighten it, in fact, the one I use can't be tightened, it's an old-new wrist strap that is black and has no tightenery thingy.
I use it 'cause the strap bothers me when it just wiggles around and hits my arm.

I use it. Though I've never had it fly out of my hands ever, it's just a safety precaution.

I will never buy the Zapper.  Ever.  As for the wrist straps, I use them, not because I throw around my remote, but because... actually, I'm not sure why I do it.  Habit, I guess.
