Only those who descended from the heavy milk drinkers and cow farmers of northern Europe in places like Germany, France, Scandinavia, and the United Kingdom have the ability to properly digest milk. Or pretty much any place that had cow farms. Humans aren't even really supposed to drink cows milk, this is probably our most recent evolution trait.

In short, if your ancestors didn't drink milk, you can't either.

Supposedly, I'm lactose intolerent, but I can still eat/drink dairy products and nothing happens so it's not that bad. I'm also allergic to dust mites, grass, and a few other things.

Funny, I'm actually in the middle of an allergy attack right now, because I was mowing the lawn. I hate having allergies too. But I think plants are all I'm allergic to.
