My Computer Is Retarded, Help Me.

Ok, I can't log into my user account (this one is the Guest account). When I type in my password and press "OK," it then says:
"The User profile Service service failed the logon
User profile cannot be loaded." (yes it said service twice)
Anyone know what's wrong and how I can fix it? D:

It sounds like some kind of corruption. Try creating another administrator account if you can and fetch your files. Seriously, though, that stinks.

I was gonna do that, but I couldn't get my files.
I have to type in my password to find my files, and after I do that, it's like nothing happened, it's just back to the desktop and no files open D:
