I've been banned for the past week for arguing with a power abusive moderator. Frankly it hasn't bothered me much as 90% of the topics here suck and are, in my opinion, pointless spam. I even think this topic is pointless spam as one of these topics seem to show up every 3 months on every forum throughout the internet.

Also, NSF cannot go on without acquiring new members. Ultimately, most people will stay with a forum, no matter how crappy it is, so long as their friends are there. Our focus needs to be to get our personal friends over at NS2 over here and to keep those people here. We're always going to be a smaller forum than NS2--most people have thin skin, are easily insulted, and don't like the fact that the staff here is politically incorrect.

Ultimately, that bolded statement is what makes NS2 unique--most of our members are perfectly willing to sling mud around at each other, but are perfectly willing to laugh it off instead of whining about it. It's people like this that we need to be looking for.
