I had a dream that I was snorting cocaine with Andy Warhol.

Just hanging out, me and Warhol, snorting some nose candy off of a coffee table.

Alright, so I've never done coke, I've never met Andy Warhol and I don't even like most of his work that much. What is the significance of this dream? Is it just random nonsense, or a window into my twisted psyche? My mom's boyfriend suggested that it might have had something to do with a previous life. I don't believe in reincarnation, but if that's true, what does it mean? Was I one of Andy Warhol's transvestite coke-buddies?

Please, gentelmen, give me your theories.
"I like cigarettes, Mrs. Taggart. I like to think of fire held in a man's hand. Fire, a dangerous force, tamed at his fingertips. I often wonder about the hours when a man sits alone, watching the smoke of a cigarette, thinking. I wonder what great things have come from such hours. When a man thinks, there is a spot of fire alive in his mind-and it is proper that he should have the burning point of a cigarette as his one expression..."

You're going crazy.

I've been going crazy for over a decade, but I've never had such a lucid dream about such a stupid subject.

Become an artist so your stuff can later be the basis for a fashion line.

Anybody here who has actually seen my art knows that not many fashion concious Americans would wear anything inspired by it.

No, but I'm sure millions of teenagers would.

Sir Petenik, my personal belief is that this dream is just random nonsense, since there is seemingly no connection with you, andy warhol, or cocaine.  Haha, I've had some pretty crazy trippy dreams that made no sense

but a few weeks back, I had one that I think has something significant in it.  However, the issue it involves is not so simple, and I have to find the answer.

It was a dream where you were a woman, right? I get those all the time. Don't worry, it doesn't mean you're gay.

It's OK to want to feel pretty sometimes.

I could see that "DEFEND THE NEST" on a shirt.  Actually, that would be great.

"wth is your shirt"

You guys could be on to something. Maybe I have a future in the world of T-shirt design.

Probably not, but maybe!

Of course reincarnation is true, Petenik! How else do you think we got all these animals? It's quite obvious that, in your previous life, you were none other than Andy Warhol himself. So, what you were actually doing in your dream was hanging out with yourself. But instead of having a meaningful conversation like one would expect, you could do no more than do cocaine to mask your true identities.

Your dream isn't telling you to do anything with your creativity. Not to make shirts, posters, and etcetera. Your subconscious is actually trying to tell you to stop denying yourself the reality and to come to terms with yourself. Perhaps there's something you're trying to hide, and you did a good job at it, too, as you don't even know what it is.

So what is it, Petenik? Did you bend down to light your cigarette and accidentally run a red light, and thus hit a small child crossing the street with his mother? Has this stunning reality caused you to do anything strange, such as wash your hands frequently or lose your appetite? Lord knows you ought to be eating more often; if you got any thinner, you wouldn't exist.
