Characters You'd Like to Return

It's rather obvious that some characters are one time only, and that is fine....but with Captain Syrup returning to action, it makes me think some others may. Just for the fact DK is in Mario Sports titles, we'll count the Donkey Kong Universe as Mario, so any Kongs and Kremlings are open game.

The first I can think of is Fawful, he was hilarious, and really should return in an RPG.
Secondly, Kalypso (the Kremling)...I think her and Kludge, at the very least, could return to wreak havoc on DK.
Finally, Stanley....isn't he due for a return?

Mallow, Mouser, Tryclyde, Geno, Cackletta, Baby Kong, and a number of others strike me, but I think the above (4) should return first...even though 3 are relatively new characters.

I mean, if Rosalina can appear in a second game in no time, chances are the newer characters will be brought back, but I'd love to see some retro characters come back too. So, who do you think should return to aid (or hinder) Mario and Co.?

Personally, I like the idea of Mallow and Geno appearing again in some form or manner. Like you said, Mack, Fawful is a good idea as well. Boshi could return too, though I doubt it would ever happen.

Boshi seems likely down the road, but more so as a cameo, more than a major guest.

In Mario sports, I think Mouser and snifit should come in, along with Geno, maybe Mallow & Boshi. And with the Kongs, I think they should stop with only bringing back the girls, and bring back some guys, like Lanky, Chunky, or Kiddy. Booster would be cool too, but Wart NEEDS to return as well.

I would like to see more characters like Birdo make an appearance in the main games.
I can't really name anyone in particular, but I think they should bring back a few people.

I mean in a REAL Paper Mario 3, not that spin-off.  I mean, honestly, here's just a few differences:
1&2:  3D world with 2D aspects and paperish look, free exploration with all levels as part of a single world, mario-themed partners, and turn-based battles
"3":  2D world with 3D aspects (but only if you're playing as Mario), random side-scrolling levels accessible from a main hub, random sprite partners who are really more like items and have no impact on the story (except Tippi), and no turn-based battles

Calling Super Paper Mario "Paper Mario 3" is worse than calling Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts "Banjo-Kazooie 3".

Yes, Super Paper Mario did suck compared to Paper Mario 64 & Thousand Year Door, but it's still "Paper Mario," and I do call Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Banjo Kazooie 3.

And the only reason they used PAPER Mario is because seriously, can you think of any other Mario figure to go side scrolling AND 3D? and they were also too lazy to make a new Mario figure type.
Damn... I wanna play a new Paper Mario game...
