CONTEST YAY

"COME ONE, COME ALL! COME EVERYONE TO THE NSFCD CONTEST OF WINNAGE!"

You hear a man screaming advertisements into many people of awe, when you decide to go take a look.

"YES, EVERYONE! THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO IS A MEMBER OF OUR *EXCLUSIVE* CLUB, NSFCD!"

You wonder how you knew that the word "exclusive" had asterisks on either side to emphasize it, but you shake the idea out of your head and declare it "depressing".

"YOU, YES YOU, WITH THE HAT!"

The man points at you, even though you are not wearing a hat.

"YOU, ARE YOU A MEMBER OF NSFCD?"

You reply, weakly, "Well, of course, who isn't?"

"FAGS! THAT'S WHO ISN'T!"

The crowd roars with laughter, you release a bleak chuckle to feel like a part of the crowd.

"SIR, ARE YOU INTERESTED IN THIS FINE CONTEST! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BE A MEMBER OF NSFCD AND BE ABLE TO WRITE AND DRAW!"

"Well, can I hear the rules?"

"WELL, MY THROAT IS GETTING SORE FROM CAPS LOCK, SO I'M GOING TO REST MY VOICE FOR A WHILE. UNTIL I COME BACK, HERE'S THE ACTUAL RUNNER OF THE CONTEST, BYTE!"

The man walks out of the way, and reveals the amazingness that is Byte.




This contest is for "Adventures with Gregg Casey". If you win the contest, not only do you get bragging rights, but you get to help me, Byte, with the production of "Adventures with Gregg Casey"!

Now, you may be thinking "Why the hell would I want to do that?" Fuck you, that's why.
If you're cool, you'd be thinking "Hey, I LOVE Adventures with Gregg Casey! It's SOOOOOOOO much better than Silverhawk79's poopty adventure! How do I participate in the contest?"

Well, the contest is pretty simple. It's a contest of Writing and Drawing. Two people can win, but if one person wins both prizes, so be it.

The first part of the contest is the Writing. To compete in the Writing, you must write a general storyline to a story you made up. It can be of any genre (Although, Fantasy or Sci-fi would be the best here, seeing as that's the basic Genre of AWGC). There's no length requirements, but a half a page or longer would be nice.

The second part of the contest is Drawing. Simply draw something, computer generated or by hand, and explain what it is in a paragraph or so. The better either are detailed, the better.

Now, one person can win both, or two people can win one each, it depends on how things end up.

If you win the Writing, you get to help me create the general plot that should be followed throughout the course of the adventure.

If you win Drawing, you get to help me make the picture captions as seen in most of my posts in AWGC.

Deadline? Hmmm... December 10th sound good?
