I really hate sharing a computer.  My dad downloaded a virus while downloading music and he let it take over the computer.  As of now, he won't let anyone other than him try to fix it and nothing is backed up, I would have backed up my stuff but I don't have the space.  I do have most of our TF2 demo files saved on my flash drive though, but I can only do so much with 4 gigs.  I really wish I had the cash for my own computer.

Tell him to use a torrent in which you can view the file extentions before you download next time.

Macawmoses

Tell your dad he's a intercourse ing moron and to keep his hands off of the computer. Really.

He is when it comes to downloads.

I wanted to restore the computer a few days ago but he didn't want me to go and "mess it up."

Tell him that a computer science major (me) says to get a gosh darn antivirus.
Kaspersky 2009, the best antivirus available, is $30 at Best Buy right now.

I should mention that he will not listen to reason at this point in time because a lot of poop has been going wrong.  First our refrigerator breaks, then our clothes dryer acts up, and now this.
