I need a new TV

Anyone know any good ones? I would prefer an HD flat-screen, but seeing as i've spent pretty much all i've got on Christmas, I can only go to about $400 >_>  It has to be AT LEAST 22-inch.

Right now my old one is an Insignia i've had for about 3 or so years, and it REALLY sucks. The screen just decided to turn green on me. Somebody said that video games are hard on TVs and sometimes mess them up, so anyone know any good TVs that won't turn green after palying video games on it? :|

Our JVC 21-inch TV has lasted like 11 years of video games. It's only starting to crap out now, it will randomly have little static lines in it. (No it's not because of appliances interfering)

I don't know, I think some fat guy at Best Buy said if you play a lot of video games on a TV it can mess it up.

He must be talking about the Burn in effect, and that's only on Plasma displays, and old CRT's. And you'd have to have the same image up there for quite a few hours without changing it; with a CRT anyway.
