I did that once to this stupid dog.  I hate how annoying that intercourse ing dog was.  He would bark at me like I was Chinese and hungry.

Since our houses are spread out pretty far my neighbors don't bother me much, but their dogs are constantly running through our yard.

From the smell of it (none of us here smoke, but a friend of one of us does, but he's gone), the neighbors are smoking in their house (which is a breach of the lease agreement).

I have a neighbor who used to get very drunk on alcohol... until his license was permanently taken away.

I need condolences, as well.  I have a mexican neighbor.  One of their family members has brain damage due to the fact they allowed their children to run around in the street when they were younger.  They also illegally launch off fireworks (okay, I admit, I'm guilty of that, too.).
