Plucked from GoNintendo:

Anyone want to give any...input...on a Lego Rock Band? What do you think it'd be like (if it's real)?

I just imagine this is an attempt at nabbing kids...

It seems pointless.

More importantly, what are all those games after Modern Hits? I assume GH:VH is Van Halen, but what about the others?

I'm curious as to what songs they'd put on.  They could put on all the LEGO jingles from their history, as well as the stuff from L-E-G-O Radio from LEGO Island.

It makes more sense than putting it in DLC. What kid would honestly know about DLC and buy the kid friendly songs off of a...200 or so $ Game for the full set?

It's interesting, I'll give it that, but I'm not buying it.

Guitar Hero: Smash Hits (Was 'Greatest Hits' So that's why It says GH:GH)
Guitar Hero: Band Hero (contradiction har har)
And apparently, along with modern, another DS Title, and another mobile title.

This is ridiculous. I'm now almost posistive that for a long time, Smash Hits will be my last GH/RB Related purchase <_<

edit: lol congratulations whoever made that for forgetting to have GH1.

It would probably just be Lego style graphics, not songs.

Ugh. Seeing this  huge collection of upcoming GH games irritates me. Activision is running it into the ground.

Hey, RB Is starting slowly with running to the ground to! And DLC Counts still. What activision is doing makes sense (trying to get a new crowd from people like per say, rap fans with dj hero, along with hmx and this/beatles) but they're both overdoing it. Period.

A lot of these don't even make any sense. PSP? Well, something to fight off the DS Re-enditions. GH:Band Hero? If this is splitting the franchise into two, that's just ridiculous. Make a good setlist available for all instruments. Imagine the requests you would get off of putting per say, Paradise City in a guitar-only game. Mobile? Do people even consider that crap? Arcade? Uh lol, just allow people permission used to make a cabinet off of these games and get profit if you have to. Van Halen? Isn't Smash Hits and metallica enough this year? Lego RB? Depending on how It's done, but still...

Thus why I do not plan to buy anything else after smash hits. Just wait for the bargain bin. It's been about a year and yesterday how much was aerosmith? 10$?

Yeah, I think the last 2 GH games I'll be buying for a while will be GH:M and GH: Smash Hits. Then I probably won't buy any more unless it's really, really good.

Lego? Maybe to pull in the kids.
But they are putting out Guitar Hero and Rock Band games left and right.
Soon they're going to run out of ideas for games people will buy.

At least Harmonix puts more effort into making their games than Activision has been doing recently.

Rayquarian

I never realized just how milked the GH franchise has become until now.

As for Lego Rock Band, no.
