Firefox is the best all-around option.
"I lovat a gabber.  I could listen to maure and moravar again.  Regn onder river.  Flies do your float.  Thick is the life for mere." - James Joyce (Finnegans Wake, page 213)

I use FireFox and I'm pretty content with it.
I can't say anything else about any of the other browsers, as I've never used them, aside from IE, which you obviously shouldn't be using.

I use Opera. It's fantastic. Firefox is pretty good too, but Firefox also has some of the most annoying fanboys on the planet.
"I like cigarettes, Mrs. Taggart. I like to think of fire held in a man's hand. Fire, a dangerous force, tamed at his fingertips. I often wonder about the hours when a man sits alone, watching the smoke of a cigarette, thinking. I wonder what great things have come from such hours. When a man thinks, there is a spot of fire alive in his mind-and it is proper that he should have the burning point of a cigarette as his one expression..."

I'd pick Opera, but if you like customization, Firefox is better. Though Opera doesn't really need any extra plugins to begin with.

I used to use firefox when I had a poopty computer that needed adblocking. flash advertisements would slow it down a lot. Now I have a good computer, and firefox with adblocking is slower than opera without adblocking. I intercourse ing love opera ;D

The only reason why I'd ever, EVER recommend IE is because you can access a lot...

DON'T GET IE8.  I've heard too many bad things about it.

I've used firefox at school, and it was really nice.  Faster than IE, for sure.

Firefox.
It works great, you can add poop.
But it's a bit of a RAM hog.

I use Songbird on occasion. It's like a downgraded Firefox that doubles as a media player.
Tramps like us, baby we were born to die.

And uses twice as much memory.

Yeah, seriously. What's the point?
