Wii update 4.0

Today, the Wii's version jumped a number, and with it comes a major change, the storage solution.

• There's now both the main Wii Menu, showing the channels in the Wii internal storage, and also the SD Card Menu, with an icon to access it near the Wii Menu's clock.
  
• The SD card menu looks like the Wii Menu, with a nice black/white color scheme instead of all-white as well as 20 available pages instead of 4.
  
• When you try booting a channel from the SD Card Menu, it copies that channel to a "SD Card Menu" save file on the Wii temporarily and will replace it with something else the next time you run a different channel off of the SD card.
  
• SDHC (SD cards above 2GB in size) support added to not only the Wii Menu but also the SD card-using channels
  
• The Wii Menu's Data Management adds the Move feature alongside Copy and Erase.
  
• Wii Shop allows downloading directly to SD card now
  
  In addition, the Wii Shop Channel decided to add arcade games the same time as this update. I'm pretty sure it's not part of the update itself, though.
  
  For the homebrew users here, don't worry about the update. It will not mess up your existing installation of the Homebrew Channel nor DVDx, however it will prevent you from reinstalling them if they are to ever be removed after the update (and before homebrewers make a workaround).
  
  I personally like the SD Card Menu's color better than the normal Wii Menu. It makes me want visual styles or skins for the Wii Menu D:

Yeah, I heard about this.
The storage solution is cool, I just need to steal my brother's SD card.
I don't use the Homebrew Channel, so that part doesn't affect me.

i think the storage solution is perfect, Nintendo just waited too long...
also, i too like the black 'theme' of the SD card men

Yeah im so excited! But does this mean that people can put VC games on a sd card and play them on another wii? Because I tried that before and I couldnt. But perhaps now it may work....
