I say it as it is meant to be said, and it does annoy me when people say it wrong; however, if it is a truly accidentally mispronunciation, I usually laugh.

It depends. If we're talking about the series or multiple pokemon, I say "POH-KAY-MON".

If I'm talking about a singular pokemon, I say "POHK-UH-MON".
