Mine was 339 but i have a netflix streaming running on my xbox, my mom's using her laptop, and i'm on the computer watching a video. I think it will go lower when not much stuff is running.

It doesn't need to be MacBook friendly.
This is dealing with your router mainly, if your looking for the info found in the command prompt it can be found in your router's set up page most of the time as well.

If you have a PC on the network go ahead and use it, if not skip the beginning and go right to the router sections.
