Anyone here cook?

I cook dinner for myself every night, and I also cook when I want to vent off stress or feel better.

Right now i'm cooking eggs and sausage for Taira and I.

I'm actually pretty good at cooking. Know how to grill, bake, make good salads, sandwiches, breakfasts.

Geez, i mean i made a souflee` lava cake one and it turned out great! (Lava cake: Small round chocolate cake with oozing hot chocolate on the inside with vanilla creme poured ontop. Soo GOOD!  :D

I can microwave things and use toasters/toaster ovens, but that's it. I've actually been looking to improve my cooking skills since I first saw Food Network (Five years ago), but I still haven't.

The most I'm allowed to do at home is make myself eggs - I can make any and all kinds of eggs. Since it's the only thing my dad will allow (otherwise he would have to do it for me, and he's a selfish, lazy, ass... and I mean that in the nicest way possible), I experiment a lot and make myself breakfast every morning. Oh, and I can pour myself cereal, warm things up in microwave/toaster/oven, etc. If something comes in a box I can prepare it (like pasta or rice) or if there are instructions around (like for cookies or pizza dough).

But I can't do it if my dad is around. He thinks I'm an incompetent klutz (and he loves reminding me), so he gets really angry whenever I use the kitchen. Thinks I'm going to make a mess or something, I guess. My mom is okay with it as long as I don't take up too much room and clean up afterwards.
