Huh?

Lemme try to make a rough translation of the pictures:

Live today
Ready (used Google Translate for that word) for the future, the technology of
tomorrow

representation of the new 360

wi-fi functions incorporated

hard drive (Google Translated that; My Italian class only reads stories) 250GB

compatible with "Kinect" (there is no "k" in the Italian language, they're replaced with c's)  A quick Google gives me this which says it might just be the new name of Project Natal.

It looks like USA Today is calling it Kinect also. I don't know about the Slim60 though, the two pictures show different things. The one that's in the article with Kinect doesn't look that much smaller. The built in Wifi sounds pretty cool though.

Apparently there is also KinectSports featuring boxing, bowling, and table tennis, Kinectimals which lets you interact with cats, and a Star Wars and Disney game.

Yep, it's confirmed as Kinect. Kind of a stupid name, but it's not as bland as "move" so whatever.

Oooh, the Star Wars game sounds interesting. Force pushing by actually doing it? Force lighting by doing the finger jutting "UNLIMITED POWAAAA!" motion? *drools at the thought*
But knowing LucasArts, they'll intercourse  it up somehow. But still, a guy can dream...

Here's a picture of the supposed 360 Slim:

Does... does this mean no more red ring?  :O

If that thing has a built in hard drive and wifi like I've heard it's a big upgrade over the current 360. Too bad I've already bought a hard drive and one of those wifi things.

New 360 by the end of the week.
Someone just pulled a SEGA Saturn, watch this totally backfire the same way. Ha ha.

The Sega Saturn failed because of Sega's previous gaffes and because its odd architecture made it difficult to develop for. I don't think the 360 has these problems.

I know I know, I never said that's why the Saturn failed, but we all know about it's famous E3 "It's already out!" deal that backfired because no one was ready for it. So yea.

This thing is so dumb. I want one and I would buy one, but it's not compatible with my current hard drive so I'll have to start all my games over. I can either start all of my games from scratch or buy another bunch of ugly cables so I can use Kinect on my current 360. I'll probably end up getting neither because of it.

Tupin

Wait, does it work with a normal 360?

Yeah, but you need to buy an adapter.
