So, how many of these "guests" are bots?

All of them? I just looked, and out of the 30+ guests currently online, ALL OF THEM are viewing one of the 4 threads I viewed in the past few minutes.

Either I'm being stalked, or there are some pretty strange bots out there.

So, content. Do we know of any lurkers who might be... lurking? Any possibility of human guests? Have you ever been creeped on by weird bots?

Why are these bots not spiders? Where are they coming from? So many questions...

That depends. Since going with twitter/etc. setups, we've seen some more bots and the like hit the site up. At the same time, we've also seen more genuine users. Based on the log in list daily, I can say we have a lot of lurkers. But being real...still, enough to make it odd.

But wouldn't many of them fall under the spiders category and be labeled "Google," etc? Or are they bots from other places... I have no clue. :/

It's a bit difficult to tell which guests are bots without checking their IP against a database of known bots, so...I can't make a decent guess.
