We get hit by hurricanes fairly often. A good one most years. I'm so far inland that I don't really get bombarded; it's just like a massive storm. To roofs tearing off or anything. Trees do fall though, but that's life.

New York is almost always at the end of a hurricane's path, too, so we really don't have destructive problems. Hurricanes are cool though.
