If this is true, it's my biggest disappointment so far. Most voices in the Japanese version are just fine, there's barely any spoken Japanese anyway.
Seriously, the most you'll hear from characters is things like "PK Fire" (even in Japanese version, it's "fire"), "PK Thunder", "PK Cross", "Yoshi", "Kirby", various roars, evil laughter, etc.

The announcer might be different. Nothing else needs to be changed. Even the Subspace cut-scenes are free of language.


I'm not really disappointed with the number of characters.
I'm slightly disappointed with the stages (mostly returning ones), unless there are unlockable stages that just weren't revealed yet. Seriously, only 6 out of so many old stages are left?

Thank you.  Somebody finally spoke up about it.  We must be optimistic.  New missions, challenges, the SSE, and even wi-fi.  That's reason enough to be happy.  Besides, you're buying it anyway, seeing how most of you reserved it.
