There is no such thing as "dumb", it is simply the absence of intellegence.

If there were no dumb people, there would be no smart people, basically making us exact clones of each other.

Well since when referring to something as dumb or smart, you are making a comparison between two things.  It's similar to referring to something as hot or cold:  it's merely a comparison which means the meaning varies from thing to thing..  So you can't get rid of stupidity.  However, we can attempt to limit how much stupidity there is in the world~
