Okay, I've got two open PCI slots out of 3.
One of them has a small uh, card in it.
yeah thats what i'll call it.
Is one a different color?

Eitherway, Dell's usually dont let you Add in another graphics card unless there's a dedicated one already.
nope, all the same color as in the picture above.
just one of the three slots has a card in it already.
You're using a Dell, so I assume that's a useless Ethernet/network card (useless because the motherboard usually has onboard Ethernet).

Or in my cousin's computer case, a Dial Up Modem.

my computer didn't have a wireless card when i first got it, I bought a wireless card.
And yeah, that's it.
and i know the ports are PCI, because it's a PCI wireless adapter. says on the box. [of the wireless card]

In that case, get a new computer, because you can't get a better graphics card from it.

it's got PCI slots, which graphics cards can go into.
if i have to get  a new computer, i'll just say intercourse  it.
i don't have $600+.
My dad's dell certified, i'll ask him about it more when he gets home tomorrow.

PCI Cards suck, and you have neither a AGP or PCI-e port for a good one.

So i'm royally screwed.
dang.
i wonder if my dad still has parts from his old computer shop so i could just build one.

There is an option to buy a new motherboard that has AGP and supports ALL your current parts, but that will cost like $150-$200 or higher for a good one.
There are also some PCI cards, but they are all pretty slow. I don't think they'll live up to what you want them for.

PCI and AGP are the two types of ports that support graphic cards (I think that PCI-e looks almost identical to regular PCI). If you have AGP, that's the best choice.

By the way, this picture is of the bottom left corner of an open computer when laying it down on the side with CD drives on the right.

Here's a more zoomed out one only marking AGP:

The hell? AGP is complete poop compared to PCIe. And no motherboards have ISA anymore.

I didn't buy this computer T_T

I've seen ISA Slots before, hell, my temporary computer in new york had them, and a few around here still have them, of course they are like 10 years old...
