I think you are missing one more villian. To replace Mr.Dream

...Friend codes were probably implemented by the same people who wanted tripping in Brawl...
...It's quite obvious...

I have never heard of Mr. Dream and it doesn't seem like anyone else does. Therefor his chances are minuscule if even existent.

Mr. Dream is a character from Punchout.
Knowing that has boosted his chances, but they're still very minuscule.

No... Mr. Dream isn't really.

The original Punch-out game was titled "Mike Tyson's Punch-out!" But Nintendo decided to put Mr. Dream in due to the fact that Mike Tyson's image is ruined.

If anyone was to represent Punch-out it would be Little Mac, but he has been confirmed as an AT.

Why would his chances be boosted? The only way he would get in would be if Little Mac was already in which he obviously is not.

Little Mac would be the only person to represent Punchout as he is the main character.

Because he isn't at least from some completely random Nintendo game almost no one has ever heard of. I'm just saying in my mind his chances went from .05% to .4% when I found out he was in Punchout.
