Peach! As for the Others.....
1-Daisy- :|
2-Pauline-She kinda reminds of Aunt Petunia from Harry Potter.
3-Birdo-A animal that resembles a donkey. (No offense to the people who like Birdo).
Green Birdo is pretty good though(as in strength, not as in being pretty).
4-Toadette-2nd best on my list. (She proably would be third best if I hadn't done what
I did in Paper Mario, but that story is better left unsaid).

I know what your reffering to. The manual's in SMS, yes? That was proven a typo. But its impossible to re-call instruction booklets. After the first wave of copys before the holidays, future iterations were modified. Although they refer to Birdo as an "it" because Miyamoto wasn't on hand.

Also, Birdo is a sexy beast and nothing any rumors and typos can ever say until proven by a first person developer can ever change that. [:

I looked into this. In Japan, Birdo is infact, a guy. That leaves the Birdo and Popple relationship in question.

Birdo is a transexual in Japan. (No clue why they'd do that..) But to avoid controversy, here in US, Birdo's a girl. In SMA, its voiceover is feminine. SMS had the typo.

There must be a definite answer somewhere, though..

Aaaanyway, Birdo's tied with Peach! =D
