I know it probably wouldn't happen, but I would love for them to make a Skytown themed stage from Metroid Prime 3.

I don't think its impossible we have that banana guy from Jungle Climber as a trophy, so it might not be too late to have a Metroid Prime 3 stage

But Samus' appearence and Norfair stage imply she is based on the Metroid Samus, not Prime.
