Has anyone ever had to contact Nintendo about getting a replacement wii sports disc? I still have mine but Id like to get a new one from nintendo. I think it will stop working pretty soon because the plastic hole has several cracks and they are starting to spread the the middle of the disc. Has anyone ever had to contact nintendo about getting a new one? How did it go? Did they give you any trouble about it? Cost?

Well i haven't had to but, i looked and looked on nintendos web site and couldn't find anything.
But look around you could find one on ebay.
prices could range from $1.00-$100.00
sry about the bad news :(
if you get lucky you could get it cheap ;)

It still works fine for me. I won't be replacing it anytime soon and all of my discs I have at home have never got cracks in them.

Thanks to mackormoses for this badass sig!

I think that Nintendo should have packaged the Wii Sports disc in a normal white Wii game case rather than that pathetic excuse of a disc case. I have to buy one online from shop.nintendo.com if I want a real case for it -_-
My disc is still in perfect condition, and I haven't even gotten the case yet.

I bought a custom case on ebay. It has the inserts and everything, like it was bought in the store. I contacted nintendo and they are sending me a new wii sports disc. The case I bought on ebay only cost me $7 after shipping. It looks like an original too.

I think you got ripped off.
Wii game case from store.nintendo.com (click)

From Nintendo's official store, one case costs $1.50 USD. You can also buy 5 for $7 or 10 for $13

girlovesnintendo

No, I didnt get ripped off. Like I said the case has all the wii sports inserts, its not just a plain white case like nintendo.com sells. It looks like I bought the game in the store. It has all the box art on it.
