I honestly don't get why NoA hasn't localized Mother 3

The only reasons I can think of are: too hard to localize, too busy, game too mature, or it wouldn't sell enough.

By no means would any game be too hard to localize. You're freaking NoA, you have a whole group of translators who speak fluent English and Japanese. There's also a crap load of programmers at their disposal. There's no way any game could be too hard to translate. Especially since fans at Starmen.net are translating Mother 3, I highly doubt a group of people with college degrees and hired by one of the biggest video game companies can't do it.

Yea, I'm sure Mother 3 easily takes priority over other things. Chibi-Robo? It sold .09 million. Chibi-Robo: Park Patrol? It sold .19 million. Mother 3 sold .39 million in Japan only compared to both Chibi-Robos which were released world-wide. It would be much more beneficial to stop wasting time on Chibi-Robos and start translating Mother 3. It would not only sell more, but it would also please MANY more people than Chibi-Robo.

No Mother game is too mature. Sure, some might have some enemies that need to be changed (http://www.lostlevels.org/200407/earth-02.shtml), but that's easily changed. There's nothing too mature about any Mother game that would keep them from being localized.

As I mentioned before, Mother 3 has sold better in Japan only than both Chibi-Robos have world-wide. So I don't see why NoA would think it wouldn't be worth it to localize Mother 3. With Lucas' inclusion in Brawl that's more than enough advertisement for Mother 3. So if Nintendo were to advertise Mother 3 and get casual players to know about it, it could sell very well.

I just wanted to rant and went my anger about the idiocy of NoA.
