Game Speed

A lot of people are saying that Brawl is slower than melee, among a lot of other things.  The game speed, IMO, from brawl gameplay videos looks just as fast, maybe faster, as melee.  How fast do you guys think Brawl looks?  And are you guys liking, if any, the game speed difference?

I do think brawl looks a tad faster, though people say it is slower.  I think the new game speed looks pretty good, but it might take a while to adjust, considering I have to recalibrate my timing.

Brawl is actually slower than melee. Sakurai said so in his journal. Also, you can notice by having fox run and you'll see that he's not as fast. Sonic is as fast as fox was in melee.

the game is suposed to be way more hectic (faster) than melee, but the wi-fi search for opponets thing may have lag, depending on ur opponents location. tht is the only thing sakurai said about having brawl be slower.

Sakurai stated that it would be slower somewhere. However, some of the videos I saw were still quite fast-paced.

When I played it at Eforall I could tell it was slower. Not so much so that I was getting annoyed about how it was slower then I was trying to play, but slower none-the-less.

Looks fine to me and if it gets to be a pain use lightning Brawl
