Sincerely, I think Ridley has a chance to be in, because Retro Studios isn't involved in SSBB at all, I don't see their logo, that's because Nintendo made a mistake of Ridley size in SSBM, or Retro studios did the mistake.

Retro Studios didn't make Ridley either. And if it was such a 'mistake' of making him that size in Melee, couldn't they do that again?

Okay. Retro did not create Ridley. He is owned by Nintendo. I think that Retro is a 2nd Party to Nintendo. They made the Metroid Prime trilogy, but that does not mean that they own the Metroid series. It was not a mistake. Sakurai used Ridley's original size. He used to be only a little taller than Samus. Retro made the Prime trilogy, giving them rights to change the characters within the trilogy, not for the entire series. Besides, as I already stated, Ridley can be resized.
