I rather own a hard copy of an album just in case.

Yeah me too. I'll buy a CD, rip it to my computer, put it on my mp3 player, and burn a copy of the CD, and pretty much never touch the original again.

Just so you know, I like to torrent albums before I buy them so that I can see if it's actually worth buying it in whole.

Also, I have burned it to my iPod, and listening to it on it right now.
