The judging of the ^B

jiggs doesn't even move you.  it just makes sure that you won't be able to grab anything and lets you fall to your death. :P

but jiggs's recovery is already great, so jiggs doesn't need a good ^B.

The best in terms of fighting is bowsers and links, the best in terms of recovery is zelda's because of the range and versatility.  The worst in terms of fighting is lone ice climbers, the worst in fighting is jiggly's, because even with lone ice climber, you can atleast still grab the ledge.

meh, I'd say that jiggs's is better than the lone ice climber (you air dodging gives more distance than ^B) whereas if you're the lone ice climber, your ^B never does anything.

The best Up B move in the game is obviously Bowser's...............by far.

Its actually considered to be one of the best overall moves in Melee.

which ^B move would u say is the most effective and least effective?
for me, the most effective is mr. game and watch's and worst is "the loan ice climber's".

Yea Mr game and watch's up +B really helped me out a lot. I even killed my friend with it once. thats how high he goes.
