Assuming there's  120 stars...

540 x 2 = 1080/60 = 18

The surfing one was horrible... I got it my first try, but I nearly died 5 times (fell off but hit the side of the water so was sucked back on).

I played it at Gamespot.  I absolutely hated the Loodeloop galaxy (the surfing level).  It'll probably be my 120th star when I play the game.
