Because they obviously have the manpower to check the entire internet every day for offencive comments, and trace all of them to see if they come from that city. I mean why make the law if they're no hope of enforcing it?

How can they do that? The school has no control over what you do at home, and that defies free speech. You should talk to your principal about this or have your parents do so.

I just saw a thing about it ABC.

Yeah, real smart to not prosecute the person who lead her to suicide, but to blame the whole internet instead. >_>
